Dr Jane Horan
Author, Founder,
The Horan Group

Time:

12:00 pm

Room 4.38, 4/F, RRST, Centennial Campus, HKU

This workshop is designed for faculty. It examines how inclusive behaviours translate into inclusive systems within universities. Drawing on research and practice, it explores how equity is sustained not only through formal policy, but through the everyday behaviours of leaders, faculty, and committees that shape institutional processes and decision making over time. Emphasising behaviours is important, as this allows for clearer observation and more measurable outcomes. This event is only open to faculty.

Dr Jane Horan is a leadership scholar and practitioner with over two decades of experience working with multinational organizations, universities, and global councils across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. She holds a Doctorate in Leadership Education and is the author of four books, including Coaching Inclusion: Empowering Behaviours for Positive Change (2026). Her work examines how inclusive behaviours shape systems, culture, and career pathways.
