About the event
Join us for an engaging and thought-provoking session that focuses on the themes of diversity and inclusion. We will use beer and chocolate as playful metaphors to illustrate how biases are formed and spread. This will facilitate an open discussion on the impact of stereotypes and unconscious bias in our workplace, highlighting ways to dismantle them and cultivate a more inclusive environment within the Faculty. Moreover, we will emphasize the significance of allyship. Registration limited to 20 participants.
